Why I love Shakeology
The reason I love Shakeology so much is that it makes getting pure nutrition so easy! I eat the best I can, but I know I don’t always get all the nutrition that I need from the food I eat. Having Shakeology everyday is a blessing to help me get that, and I feel the difference. I don’t know if you have ever gone through a time in your life of eating just junk, and then cleaned up your diet. If you have, you will know how it feels to get healthy foods in your body! Shakeology brings it up a level.
One of the other reasons I love it, is how much it has helped my family. It has helped my mom immensely to control her blood sugar, and it helped lower her cholesterol, and she feels much better, and has lost about 20 Lbs so far. It has helped my dad- a big skeptic of it. My mom just made it for him every day, and he started noticing he was more alert, and feeling like he had more energy. He also lowered his cholesterol, and other blood test markers.
My mother in law was able to cut down on some of the medications she is taking, and that is just so far. Maybe soon she will not have to take it at all.
My husband was able to stop completely taking his medications, one for stomach acid, and the other for allergy. I am not sure why, but the only thing that has changed is this Shakeology. It has helped his body to become more balanced. It tides him over much better than eggs, or cereal, like he used to eat in the morning.
I could go on and on. But alas, I won’t. I will just say that it is an amazing product to help normal, busy people do something fabulous for their health!
